Howard Bailey Financial, Inc., a Fort Wayne-based retirement planning firm, is pleased to welcome Les McDaniel to the team. McDaniel joined the team as the firm’s first Chief Purpose Officer.

In this strategically designed role, he will develop a dynamic retirement coaching platform called The EPIC Project that will guide clients through the non-financial aspects of retirement. This will include coaching sessions, webinars and additional resources designed to amplify Howard Bailey’s mission to help others gain clarity in purpose and elevate meaning in their lives through personal and practical financial strategies.

With 25 years of experience, Les developed his passion for entrepreneurship and mentoring as a founder of several businesses spanning multiple industries from marketing to real estate, including his own coaching company. Les graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master's of Divinity degree in Theology.  

Howard Bailey Financial, Inc. was founded in Fort Wayne, IN, as Davenport Financial Services in 2002. The name changed in 2011 as a tribute to the grandfathers of the founder and CEO, Casey Weade.
