Effective as of January 1, 2023, Howard Bailey Financial, Inc. and Howard Bailey Securities, LLC (together “Howard Bailey”) and Legends / JMI Rights Holders (“Rights Holders”) entered into an agreement wherein Howard Bailey is the recipient of certain sponsorship rights, including use of the designations “Official Wealth Management Partner of Notre Dame Athletics” and “Proud Partner/Sponsor of Notre Dame Athletics” and other Notre Dame trademarks for use in Howard Bailey advertising. In connection therewith Howard Bailey may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on University of Notre Dame Athletics websites, advertisements at University of Notre Dame Athletics events, and promotional events at University of Notre Dame Athletics events. As consideration for this arrangement and the aforementioned benefits, Howard Bailey is obligated to pay Rights Holders, per the terms of such arrangement, a fee until the end of 2029. This fee will be $41,666.66 per month, increasing to $62,500 per month and $83,333.33 per month in 2026 and 2028 respectively."
