The Client Operations Specialist will intake account service requests and assist our Advisory team in the processing of documents on behalf of our clients.
The First Impressions Specialist will greet our clients and guests when they visit, call or text; provide a high level of accommodation to in-office visitors; and manage phone communications and appointments in our CRM.
The Lead Coordination Specialist will build relationships with open, qualified leads (hot, warm and cold) to convert them into First Appointments, and ultimately, long-term clients.
The Multimedia Marketing Specialist will oversee the design and production of initiatives that communicate the brand, its services and its core values, including advertisements, brochures, print material, website graphics, email, social media graphics, visual concepts, and audio and video content.
