PERRYSBURG, OH – Howard Bailey Financial is proud to announce the addition of Kate Nichols to the team as Office Manager. In this key role, Nichols will support the firm's dedication to continually striving to provide a positive experience for clients and potential clients. She will oversee advisor scheduling, client communication, and will coordinate client experience events. As part of a cohesive team, Nichols will ensure smooth communication between Howard Bailey's financial advisors, clients, and client service team.

When asked about her motivation for joining Howard Bailey, Nichols shared, "I had been looking for a more challenging position. I wanted to find a new role that would challenge me daily, push my comfort, and ultimately help me grow further in the administrative field."

Before joining Howard Bailey, Nichols worked in a variety of office coordinator roles where she honed her organizational and office management skills. During this time, she also developed a deep passion for interacting with others and creating a lasting impact. This passion aligns perfectly with Howard Bailey's mission of positively impacting the lives of their clients, team members, and community for the next 100 years and beyond. Nichols holds an associate's degree in culinary arts from Vincennes University and a bachelor's degree in food management from Ball State University.
