Howard Bailey Financial welcomes Amber Hoopengardner to the Fort Wayne team. Hoopengardner hails from Churubusco and came to Howard Bailey by way of Purdue University where she studied agriculture business management.

Hoopengardner brings years of customer service experience from her previous roles to her role at Howard Bailey as a Client Service Specialist. For Hoopengardner, this position is an opportunity to impact others and to learn new things.

“I never want to stop learning,” said Hoopengardner. “I will never know everything, but I strive to make every moment a learning experience so that I can one day guide and mentor future generations: personally and professionally.”

Howard Bailey’s purpose of “growing people who grow people” was a key draw for Hoopengardner.

Hoopengardner is very involved in her community, specifically with Allen County 4-H. She has been a 4-H member for 10 years and currently serves on the 4-H Executive Board for Allen County and is the Board President.
