As a Virtual Assistant, Harward will support the Marketing Team with management of their content calendar, emails, and budgeting. With an extensive background spanning customer service, insurance and political campaign sectors, Harward brings a deep-rooted passion for serving others. A current resident of Bentonville, Arkansas, Harward obtained her degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University - Idaho. She then embarked on a career in the insurance industry, working as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Associate for prominent companies like State Farm and American Family Insurance. In 2020, Harward transitioned into the political arena, serving as a campaign manager for several local elections. Her time in the insurance industry and political campaign efforts were instrumental in deepening Harward’s understanding of streamlined processes and the value of exceptional customer service.
