Howard Bailey Financial officer appears with daughter on "America’s Got Talent"

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA, March 8, 2022 – Matthew Chambers, Chief Operating Officer for Howard Bailey Financial, Inc., a Fort Wayne-based independent retirement planning firm and publisher of finance-based education resources, appeared with his daughter, Chloe, on the Monday, March 7, episode of NBC's America’s Got Talent: Extreme.

Chloe, age 17, competed on the talent show by attempting an autocross, kick plate and slalom, in a Porsche 718 Spyder. Two of the show’s judges, Simon Cowell and Nikki Bella, advanced Chloe to the fan-voting stage.

Chloe races in the Formula Regional (F3) and will participate in select events in the World Racing League (WRL) in the Monoflo Racing TLM Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport.

Last week, Chloe was in Barcelona, Spain, to participate in pre-season testing for the W Series, a premiere, all-female, single-seater racing series that highlights female talent. The series races internationally alongside eight of the Formula 1 world championship events.

She holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest Slalom in a vehicle.

Chloe aspires to become a Formula 1 driver and an Indianapolis 500 competitor. Academically, she is an honor roll student and has obtained direct admittance to the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

She is the national spokesperson for Gift of Adoption Fund.

“It is difficult to overcome perceptions of being a female in motorsports, but it really is just driving me to win,” Chloe said on AGT.

“My wife, Shannon, and I are incredibly proud of Chloe’s commitment that underpins her accomplishments,” Matt said. “Her opportunities are incredibly well-earned and deserved.”

Casey Weade, Founder and CEO of Howard Bailey, added: “The entire Howard Bailey team is ecstatic for Chloe, Matt and the Chambers family. We're proud to see Chloe chasing her dream on America's Got Talent and truly pursuing something that we are passionate about: Creating an impact led by gender equality and diversity. We know Chloe's drive and determination will continue to take her far, and we wish her the best of luck as she moves forward on this incredible journey.”

Matt joined Howard Bailey as COO in August 2021. In his role, Matt brings leadership across the operations of the firm, spanning client service, operations, technology, finance, marketing, human resources, legal and compliance.

Matt is married to Shannon, and together they parent their three children: Chloe (17), Oliver (12) and Emma Claire (9). Matt’s family will join him in Fort Wayne in Summer 2022.
