Howard Bailey Financial is pleased to announce that John. H. Harper, Esq., has earned his LL.M. Harper currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Howard Bailey, a role he has held since 2020.

Harper earned his bachelor's degree from Auburn University Montgomery, his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and now his LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
