Ty has joined the firm’s Brownsburg, IN, office location as a Financial Advisor. In this role, Ty will leverage his passion for understanding what drives clients’ unique financial goals and provide guidance in the development of their comprehensive framework. Previously, Ty cultivated his experience as a financial professional and supervising agent by guiding clients through the complexities of retirement income planning, investment management and tax minimization strategies.

Ashlee joins the firm’s Fort Wayne, IN, office location as an Impressions Specialist. As the first point of communication for individuals who visit or contact the office, Ashlee will apply her passion for connecting with others to the firm’s initiative of building lifelong relationships with clients.

Aoife joined the firm’s Fort Wayne, IN, office location as the team’s first Director of Business Administration. In this multi-faceted role, she will provide both administrative and human resources support, including staff recruiting, new team member onboarding, as well as tracking firm growth and retention metrics. Additionally, Aoife will assist the firm’s leadership team, providing organizational management of schedules, communication and travel arrangements.

Bryan joined the firm’s Fort Wayne, IN, office location as Facility Manager. In this newly created role, Bryan will optimize all Howard Bailey workspaces for peak performance. He will oversee the firm’s four office locations, ensuring all property infrastructure and grounds are efficiently maintained, while also supervising maintenance and utility improvements. Bryan will work both independently and as a general contractor, managing relationships with outside partners and vendors to keep day-to-day facility operations running smoothly.
