Howard Bailey Financial proudly announces the strategic advancement of five of its team members, emphasizing the organization's commitment to employee growth. These title changes reflect the dedication, expertise, and invaluable contributions of these individuals to Howard Bailey’s continued success and growth.

Ashley Lamb, formerly Marketing Media Lead, is now the team’s Marketing Analyst. In this role, Lamb will expand her oversight of data insights and analytics ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently, as well as reporting and providing insights to the data.  

Katie Collins, formerly Marketing Brand Lead, is now the team’s Marketing Program Manager. Schenkel will continue to oversee initiatives that drive toward Marketing’s key initiatives, including print collateral, webinar, event invitations, website modifications, email execution and brand collateral.  

Hannah Green, formerly Impressions Specialist Lead, is now the team’s First Impressions Manager. In this role, Green will continue to oversee the growth and development of the front-of-house team, known as the Impressions Team, that manages daily office operations and administrative tasks, as well as welcoming guests and coordinating a positive guest experience in all the Howard Bailey offices.  

Kim Milentis, formerly Director of Events, is now the team’s Director of Client Experience. In addition to overseeing a multi-market event strategy, Milentis will be the main point of contact for the Impressions team.  

Jennifer Forth, formerly Client Relations Specialist, is now the team’s Client Relationships Manager. Over the past year, Forth has expanded her role of nurturing prospective clients and is now leading the team that ensures prospective clients are connected with an Advisor who is best suited to develop a strategy around their unique situation.
