Hays has over 24 years of experience in executive affairs, membership services, budget management, and event coordination. Most recently, she served as Manager of Executive Affairs at the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), where she managed board communications, facilitated budget planning, coordinated meetings, and oversaw vendor contracts. With a keen eye for detail, Hays has extensive experience in proofreading and editing publications, ensuring clarity and accuracy in high-profile materials.

Previously, Hays held roles within NFHS’s Performing Arts department, supporting membership programs, coordinating national awards, and managing event logistics. Her career began in distance learning administration, where she developed web content, organized events, and handled financial processes.

Hays holds a Master of Arts from Butler University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Indiana. She thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to operational excellence and strategic support.
