Belford brings extensive experience to the Howard Bailey team. Her career spans multi-family housing and real estate, where she handled a range of responsibilities including sales, service requests, events, and payment collections. Her work in real estate added further depth to her expertise, covering onboarding, offboarding, tech training and support, and event coordination. Throughout her career, Belford has developed a passion for creating meaningful connections and making a positive impact, values that resonate deeply with Howard Bailey’s mission of impacting clients, team members, and the community for generations to come.

Belford holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
