These events are intended to provide educational information about retirement planning in a relaxed and welcoming setting. To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, please review the following terms:

Event Attendance Limit
Attendance is limited to one complimentary dinner event per household every two (2) years. This helps us provide access to new attendees and maintain fairness across our guest list.

Late Arrival Policy

To minimize disruptions and respect the experience of all attendees, guests arriving after 6:30 PM will not be permitted to enter the event. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and seating.

Right to Refuse Attendance
Howard Bailey Financial® reserves the right to deny or revoke attendance to any individual or household at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who have previously attended an event, exhibit disruptive behavior, or are otherwise deemed not in alignment with the intended spirit of the event.

Registration and Confirmation
Advance registration is required. Space is limited, and attendance is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from our team. Walk-ins and unregistered guests are not permitted.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy
If you register and are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we may offer your seat to another guest. Repeated no-shows may impact future eligibility for event registrations.

Behavior and Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward event and venue staff, presenters, and other attendees. Any form of harassment, disruption, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future events.

Promotional Use and Photography
Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Howard Bailey Financial® permission to use any images or recordings that may include your likeness in future marketing or educational materials. If you prefer not to be included, please notify an event host upon arrival.

Guest Policy
Our dinner events are designed for adults seeking retirement planning education. Children and guests affiliated with other financial or advisory firms are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a focused and professional environment for all attendees.

Email Communication
By registering for a dinner event, you agree to be added to our email list for future communications, including event invitations, retirement planning tips, and educational resources.
