Impressions Specialist

Howard Bailey Financial, Inc., a growing retirement planning firm with a focus on helping people establish financial freedom through meaning and purpose, is seeking a client-service-driven Impressions Specialist who is highly organized, self-motivated, and finds fulfillment in helping others.

Overseeing scheduling, client communication, and data input, the Impressions Specialist coordinates business events, collaborates on marketing initiatives, and ensures a memorable client experience. Working as part of a team, this role coordinates communication and calendars between financial advisors, clients, and the client service team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Note: Other relevant duties may be assigned.

If hired for this role, you will...

• Answer phones and greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Input client data from source documents into CRM.
• Accurately record notes from client interactions into CRM and maintain our existing database of clients.
• Manage electronic tracking and filing while reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
• Provide support at various after-hours client events.
• Coordinate and host Howard Bailey seminars and other marketing and client events.
• Assemble marketing material for clients and prospects upon request.
• Assist in sending correspondence to clients, including appointment reminders, thank you notes, invitations, etc.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communication, or the equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in a professional, fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient in digital technology, including Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint), Salesforce, and SMS on iOS devices.

In addition, Howard Bailey sponsors the pursuit of certain certifications and designations such as the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) that enhances knowledge of the financial industry and enables team members to excel at their job.
