For his speaking engagement on May 4, 2023, Howard Bailey Financial, Inc. agreed to compensate Mr. David McKnight, through David McKnight & Company. This compensation included a payment of $11,000, travel and lodging in the amount of $1,100, a per diem of $125, a mileage reimbursement of $.58 per mile, and a reimbursement for other travel expenses incurred, if any. Furthermore, Howard Bailey Financial, Inc. agreed to purchase a copy of Mr. McKnight’s most recent book as a gift for each event attendee. The total amount paid for these books was $1,890.90.
