Howard Bailey Financial is pleased to announce that Matt Chambers, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, has earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity St. David. Chambers joined the Howard Bailey leadership team in 2021.

“I began the MBA program in 2020 to enhance my knowledge and experience gained from 30+ years within the financial services and financial technology industries,” said Chambers. "My goal was to gain additional academic and practitioner-based knowledge of strategic business management, specifically within organizational culture development and talent management, with the intent to apply it directly to my future clients, employers, and team members.”

Chambers found that the Wales-based program offered a range of global perspectives with cohort members from the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and Australia. He felt that he could “further learn and make an impact by contributing to organizations and people through sharing [his] experiences while continuing [his] own growth.”

Chambers’ MBA was conferred in January of 2024 and he passed with distinction.
