This is an on-site role based within our Fort Wayne, Indiana office.

Howard Bailey Financial, Inc., a growing retirement planning firm with a mission of helping others gain clarity in purpose and elevate meaning in their lives through personal and practical financial strategies, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Data Administrator to assist in the capturing, inputting, and cleansing of data that provides insight and drives business decisions for the organization.

The ideal candidate will be numbers-driven and a data-based decision maker. They will be the keeper of our marketing data and the platforms in which it is housed. They will help our scheduling team prioritize new leads coming into the CRM from various marketing funnels and assist in keeping the schedulers’ pipelines full through mining opportunity within our book in creative ways.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Note: Other relevant duties may be assigned.)

  • Gather and input marketing data from multiple sources, including radio, TV, digital, direct mail and CRM
  • Leverage data mining to identify potential opportunities within existing CRM, and distribute to Appointment Setters to nurture into appointments.
  • Provide support for CRM reporting, mailing lists and data mining that identify opportunities within our existing database
  • Track, analyze and report performance of multiple marketing activities
  • Monitor overall marketing performance and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure and enforce the completeness and accuracy of marketing tracking and CRM data across all departments within the organization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute and analyze marketing strategies

Education and Experience

  • 0-2 years’ experience in marketing, finance or statistics. Experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM, Microsoft Suite (namely Microsoft Excel) and similar technology
