At Howard Bailey Financial, our Financial Advisors are motivated, humble, and receptive to coaching and feedback. We are looking for a Financial Advisor to join the team that will focus on relationship building and developing a client base through closing leads and prospects provided through our marketing investment. Working as part of a team, this role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, or a strong desire to develop them.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Note: Other relevant duties may be assigned.

If hired for this role, you will…

  • Develop your client base by building lasting, meaningful relationships.
  • Progress to building your advisory team consisting of Associate Advisors and administrative staff.
  • Utilize our marketing strategies and tools to capitalize on opportunities and expand the business.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and potential clients to evaluate their financial needs, educate them and deliver a customized financial plan.
  • Monitor your clients’ portfolios against their financial plans to ensure they reach their goals and objectives.
  • Have an ever-growing knowledge of the fundamentals of financial planning, risk management, and investment management services.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Finance
  • 1-2 years experience in the financial industry or as a Financial Advisor

In addition, Howard Bailey Financial sponsors the pursuit of certain certifications and designations such as the Series 65, and Life and Health certifications. These certifications are essential to Howard Bailey Financial Advisors and can be pursued by the chosen candidate upon employment.
