Howard Bailey Financial is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our growing Client Services team. We’re looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, a deep knowledge of the financial industry and a strong passion to serve others. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of knowledge processing new business and service requests for existing clients.

FUNCTION

The Client Service Specialist will intake account service requests and assist our Advisory team in the processing of documents on behalf of our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Note: Other duties may be assigned)

  • Ability to complete important client applications and transfer paperwork
  • Follow-up with clients weekly to keep them updated throughout the process
  • Work closely with Advisors and Service Advisors
  • Prioritize day-to-day tasks and issues

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Finance
  • 3+ years experience in the financial industry (preferably specialized in New Business and Service Requests)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Highly personable with a fantastically optimistic outlook on work and life
  • Remarkable organizational and project management skills
  • Superior aptitude in innovation and problem-solving PLUS meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
